Treantly was founded in 2020 by Victor Kong after he experienced first-hand how difficult it was to find a reliable, dedicated virtual assistant. After going through five different platforms, Victor built the system he wished had existed, one that prioritized culture fit, clear communication, and long-term retention over quick placements.

What started as a small team helping a handful of Canadian businesses quickly grew into a full-service hiring partner. Today, Treantly has placed over 200 assistants with businesses across North America, and maintains an industry-leading retention rate that speaks for itself.
